It is acknowledged that, while every due care is exercised by the tour leader/agent to ensure the comfort and well-being of the participants, the responsibility for any loss (including personal injury, death, and/or property loss), accident, misfortune or deterioration of existing medical conditions shall always be the responsibility of the tour participant.
It will always be the responsibility of the tour participant to have proper insurance cover for medical and any loss, property loss, damage, personal injury or death be it accidental or otherwise.
The tour leader/agent is not responsible for any occurences be it physical, mental, emotional or other reaction, trauma or ailment during or following the tour.
It is not stated, nor is it implied, that the tour leader/agent is a trained medical professional of any kind.
